Dynasty’s Second Internship Class

Dynasty Interns

Back in December, we toyed with the idea of having our first Dynasty Internship Class. The company was less than a full year old, but we figured that it could not hurt to open up the application process and see what kind of response it would generate. The announcement came on this blog and we shut down applications one week after posting the openings. 50+ applicants later, the tough job of initial cuts began. We were extremely lucky to end up with an excellent intern in Austin Walton, who will now take on a larger role with Dynasty as a new class of interns is introduced. This post will serve as the official opening of applications for Dynasty’s Summer 2008 Intern Class. Instead of being open for a week like last time, we will only be accepting applications until 12PM (noon) Thursday, May 1st. All applications sent after that date will be ignored. Prior to this post, Dynasty staff had already received over 30 requests for this Summer’s 2 internship positions. I thought last year’s candidates were qualified. The resumes and cover letters I have received thus far are even better!

If you are interested in applying, please read this information:

What: Dynasty Athlete Representation, LLC will be selecting 2 interns to serve an active role in the development of all current business and future Dynasty endeavors. Interns will be given complete access to confidential information. It is a non-paying internship.

When: Applicants are encouraged to apply up until 12PM Thursday, May 1, 2008. Any applications submitted after that date and time will not be considered for this class.

Who: Anyone may apply. Preference may be given based on a myriad of factors, including: education, age, experience, location, connections, etc.

Where: Accepted interns will be able to go about their education/work from their current locale. The internship will entail heavy contact and availability; however, we believe that moving to a new venue is unnecessary.

If you are interested in applying, please send your resume and any other pertinent information to [email protected]. We will be making initial cuts shortly after the May 1st deadline. Not all applicants will receive phone interviews. We look forward to hearing from you!
