Jaleel White Under Investigation

Normally, I keep the claims of battery off of this blog, but I found a way to incorporate such a claim in this post.  Jaleel White, better known as Steve Urkel on the former hit TV series, “Family Matters”, may have battered his baby’s mother.  The investigation is ongoing.

Why should you care?  On July 29, 2009, I noted that Jaleel White has become involved in a sports agency.  The agency is called “The Institute for Athletes.”  It is run by NFLPA certified advisor Blake Baratz. Baratz is joined by others, including Jeff Diamond, the former Vikings executive and Tennessee Titans president.

When I wrote the original post highlighting Baratz’s new company, I jokingly stated,

Not sure what Jaleel White brings to the table other than a quality “Did I do that?” when things go wrong.

I guess that would fit in this instance.
