Another 2012 Draft Class Miami Hurricane Picks His Agent

However, Lee Chambers has a long way to go on draft boards in order to have his name run across the ticker on ESPN and NFL Network during the 2012 NFL Draft days.  Chambers, a former cornerback (who was originally a runningback) at the University of Miami has signed with an agent…and it is not Drew Rosenhaus!

Chambers has signed with Daman A. Brody, an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who is also an attorney in Miami, Florida.  Brody is a University of Florida Levin College of Law graduate and is a Senior Partner of Brody & OBeidy, P. A.

Chambers had a total of 15 tackles in his Senior season with the Miami Hurricanes.  He will need to show his prowess during the University of Miami’s Pro Day and in any private workouts that he and his agent are able to schedule in the future.  Perhaps a team will be interested to see if he has any future potential at his old position of RB.

Heitner serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he teaches a Sports Law class that includes case law surrounding athlete agents and the NCAA rules.
