I am making my yearly trip up to Gainesville, Florida and very excited to be in the Swamp to see the Gators take on the Tennessee Volunteers this weekend.  It was a great week of work, including the amazing honor of receiving a 40 under 40 award by the Daily Business Review, honoring 40 South Florida attorneys under the age of 40-years-old.  Next Friday, I am off to Costa Rica for a good friend’s bachelor party.  But for now, back to business.  On FORBES: (1) Real-Money Fantasy Football Competition Comes To The iPhone And iPad; (2) Texas A&M Vs. Alabama Point Spread Grows But Bettors Believe In Crimson Tide; (3) Johnny Manziel’s Trademark Battle: Johnny Football Vs. Juanito Fútbol; (4) Seattle Seahawks And San Francisco 49ers Make Use Of New Performance Enhancing Device; (5) PGA Tour Golfer Jordan Spieth Striking Gold On-And-Off The Course; and (6) Federal Online Poker Legislation: Coming To America Or Shipwrecked In Congress?  And as always, the weekly wrap-up:
