Octagon’s Mike Scherer has signed American tennis star Louisa Chirico. Chirico has accomplished a lot at the young age of 17. In 2013, she was a semifinalist at both the Junior French Open and the Junior Wimbledon Championships. Further, she is the highest ranked (322nd) in the world at her age group among the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) tour and she has career singles record of 44-21. Currently, Chirico is preparing for the WTA Internationaux de Strasbourg in France that takes place on May 19.
“As one of the most promising American tennis prospects, we are excited that Louisa has selected Octagon to represent her,” said Scherer. He further added, “Louisa has a bright future ahead of her and we look forward to being an integral part of her team.”
Octagon has represented tennis players for over 30 years. It currently represents Martina Hingis, Dominika Cibulkova, Martina Navratilova, Michael Chang, Jelena Jankovi?, Fernando Verdasco, and Belinda Bencic to name a few.
