To the average college football fan, December is the time to kick back and watch teams from all conferences battle in the bowl season. To NFL agents, December is signing season. Players who have finished their season and declared for the NFL Draft can now sign with the agent of their choice. Two Syracuse players, Jarrod West and Brandon Reddish, have made their choice and signed with David Canter of DEC Management.

On the season, West had a respectable 49 receptions for 700 yds but did not log a touchdown for the year. At 6’2 and 209 lbs, West is currently ranked as the 46th best available WR by NFLDraftScout.com. Reddish recorded 43 tackles and had 3 interceptions and 3 pass deflections in 2014. The 5’10 corner out of Brooklyn is the 69th best available CB by NFLDraftScout.com.

David Canter is one of the more outspoken agents on social media and one of my favorite follows on Twitter. Amongst others NFL players, Canter most notably represents 3 time pro bowler Eric Weddle of the San Diego Chargers.
