On February 3, TigerLogic Corporation, a leading provider of solutions that help companies amplify fan engagement by unlocking the power of social data launched the Postano Command Center.
Postano, the flagship product for TigerLogic, is a visual marketing platform that aggregates, curates and visualizes user-generated content on social media via live event and in-store social displays as well as online social hubs to drive engagement and create the best brand experiences. They’ve worked with a wide variety of brands including the Oregon Ducks, LA Kings, ASU, Boston Red Sox and Dallas Cowboys in addition to retail, CPG, media and event brands.
To highlight the launch, a User-Generated Content (UGC) Panel was held in New York City to discuss how brands are incorporating UGC (Facebook posts, Tweets, Instagrams, Vines etc. created by fans) into their overall marketing strategies. Brand representatives from 360i, Columbia Records and Essence were members of the panel. Following the panel, there was a demo of the Postano Command Center and how it would be used for clients.
The Command Center is completely customizable with multiple interactive and animated chart types available to reveal insights into data. The look and feel can be changed to match the brand, creating a uniform integration into the business. The platform allows brands to expand their social media engagement with its unique user interface and access via a phone or a tablet. It can be used to improve events, conferences, and executive meetings, or as a sophisticated communications tool within an office to keep global teams in sync. According to Justin Garrity, president of TigerLogic, “This product has been in development for two years.
