Octagon Marketing North America Announces Several Promotions

NORWALK, CT (December 8, 2015) – Octagon, a global sports and entertainment marketing leader, is pleased to announce several promotions across the Marketing North America leadership. Tuck Burch and Ian Hall have been promoted to Senior Vice President, along with Marianne Rotole and Michael Ryan elevated to Vice President.

Tuck Burch, Senior Vice President, is a 12-year Octagon veteran with experience across numerous consumer engagement properties creating, developing and executing multi-channel marketing platforms that deliver tangible brand and business results for agency clients. Tuck has worked with a variety of Octagon clients, including BMW and Bank of America. Tuck currently leads the agency’s efforts on behalf of Bank of America, helping to leverage the brand’s sports and entertainment portfolio. Tuck is based in Baltimore, MD.

Ian Hall, Senior Vice President, currently oversees U.S. Sponsorship and Partnership marketing strategy and activation on behalf of Octagon client MasterCard. The 10-year Octagon vet leads clients and agency partners to develop marketing programs tied to various passion points leveraging MasterCard’s sponsorships of the PGA TOUR, The Grammys, Major League Baseball and other properties. Prior to supporting MasterCard, Ian worked on behalf of Octagon client Sprint, managing the brand’s NFL and NBA partnerships.

Marianne Rotole and Michael Ryan have both been promoted to Vice President. Marianne Rotole manages Octagon’s relationship with client Taco Bell across a number of sports and lifestyle marketing platforms including NBA, MLB, college football and gaming. Rotole also oversees work on behalf of Kaiser Permanente and their NBA partnership. The 20-year industry veteran is based in Octagon’s Los Angeles offices. Michael Ryan is one of Octagon’s resident golf experts, managing programming on behalf of MasterCard including the client’s partnerships with the PGA, Arnold Palmer Invitational, and golfers Graeme McDowell, Ian Poulter, Brandt Snedeker and Tom Watson. Ryan has been with Octagon for 13 years and is based in the Norwalk, CT headquarters.
