Ronnie Stanley Signs With Roc Nation

The following is the first contribution from our newest contributor, Douglas Spencer. Doug is a senior at Elon University majoring in Business Management with a minor in Leadership Studies. He is currently amid the law school application process. In November 2015, he was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. As a basketball and football fanatic, Doug is looking to use sports agent news to explore career opportunities that fuse sports, leadership, business, and the law.

Per a tweet by Russell Wilde Jr., Senior Notre Dame offensive lineman Ronnie Stanley has reportedly signed with Roc Nation Sports.

Stanley is listed at 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds. Although the number eight Notre Dame Fighting Irish fell short of the College Football Playoffs and were thumped by the seventh ranked Ohio State Buckeyes, the end of the season marks the beginning of an exciting period for Stanley as he looks ahead to the 2016 NFL Draft. Stanley is arguably the best offensive lineman available in the upcoming draft, and considered to be a lock as a top ten selection.

The pick-up is a big win for Roc Nation Sports. The subsidiary of Roc Nation was officially established in 2013. The full-service agency currently represents NFL stars including, but not limited to, Dez Bryant, Todd Gurley, and Ndomukong Suh.
