On To The Next One: KJ McDaniels

Houston Rockets shooting guard KJ McDaniels has made a change in his representation. He joins ASM Sports after being previously represented by Jason Martin of Rivals Sports Group.

The 6’6″ 205 pound McDaniels was drafted in the 2nd round, 32nd overall, of the 2014 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers out of Clemson. In February 2015 he was traded to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Isaiah Canaan and a 2015 second-round pick. He appeared in 10 games before missing the team’s playoff run with a non-displaced fracture in his right elbow suffered in the season finale.

He resigned with the Rockets last summer and has spent time with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the Rockets’ D-League affiliate this year. He is currently averaging 2.0 PPG, 0.2 APG, 1.0 RPG.

At ASM, he will be represented by Andy Miller and Christian Dawkins.
