4 Jet Sports Clients Selected In Top 35 MLB Draft Picks

Some eyebrows were raised and questions asked when Jet Sports Management tweeted that it had four advisees selected in the first round of the 2016 MLB Draft.

Mainly, people were clamoring for information regarding the advisees. Fortunately, Jet Sports Management owner and CEO B.B. Abbott has provided a full list of advisees that have been drafted thus far, which follows below.

20th pick – Gavin Lux (Indian Trail Academy) – Dodgers

29th pick – Dane Dunning (University of Florida) – Nationals

30th pick – Cole Ragans (North Florida Christian HS) – Rangers

35th pick – Taylor Trammell (Mount Paran Christian School) – Reds

43rd  pick – Chris Okey (Clemson) – Reds

88th pick – Shaun Anderson (University of Florida) – Red Sox

108th pick – Scott Moss (University of Florida) – Reds

Abbott and his team really racked up the highly touted Florida Gators players in this year’s MLB Draft.

Heitner has represented numerous athletes and sports agents as legal counsel. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Bloomington from 2011-2014, where he created and taught a course titled, Sport Agency Management, which included subjects ranging from NCAA regulations to athlete agent certification and the rules governing the profession. Heitner serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he teaches a Sports Law class that includes case law surrounding athlete agents and the NCAA rules.
