Malki Kawa is the CEO of First Round Management, which is recognized as a top agency in the  sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Kawa began his career in real estate, quickly closing some of the most profitable contracts in the state of Florida. The negotiation tactics he developed led him to try his hand in athletics representation, for which he became certified by the NFLPA in 2005. According to First Round’s website, he assisted in acquiring deals for NFL legends Barry Sanders, Jerome Bettis and Eddie George. In addition to football representation, First Round represents some of the biggest names in MMA including Jon “Bones” Jones, and Thiago Alves.
