Trae Young and Adidas Agree to Signature Shoe Deal

Last week on ESPN’s “The Jump”, Atlanta Hawks star, Trae Young, announced his endorsement extension with Adidas, as well as Adidas dropping his signature shoe in the fall of 2021. Young, 22, is set to be the second player from the 2018 NBA Draft to have a signature shoe, joining Dallas Mavericks’ Euro-star, Luka Doncic. Entering his third year in the NBA, Young has a profound resume with a career average 23.6 points, 3.9 TRB, and 8.6 assists.

Young is represented by Rich Paul of Klutch Sports. Boasting an impressive client roster, Paul is one of the most renowned agents in the NBA and sports in general, representing some of the game’s brightest stars including LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Ben Simmons. Young is now the fourth player on Paul’s roster to receive a signature shoe deal. Young signed with Team Adidas, prior to his draft in 2018, for up to $1.8 million annually.
