On May 14th, Jason Glushon CEO and Founder of Glushon Sports Management announced the signing of the Boston Celtics Guard Marcus Smart.
Smart is a 6’3” 220lb guard from Flower Mound, TX. He attended Oklahoma State University from 2012-2014 and was later drafted 6th overall by the Boston Celtics in the 2014 NBA Draft. He will now be joining Glushon Sports Management active client roster which currently consist of players like; Al Horford, Jalen Brown, Jrue Holiday, and Spencer Dinwiddie just to name a few.
Smart is in his 7th season with the Boston Celtics, and he’s currently averaging 13.1 PPG, 5.7 APG, and 3.5 RPG for the 2020-21 season. He’s been named NBA All-Rookie Second Team (2015), 2x NBA All-Defensive First Team (2019,2020) and NBA Hustle Award (2019). Smart has made 6 playoff appearances throughout his 7 seasons with the Boston Celtics and has been an intricate part of their success.
