According to an Instagram post by First Round Management CEO Malki Kawa, former University of Louisville running back Brandon Radcliff has signed with the agency for his representation in the 2017 NFL Draft.
The 5’9″, 210 pound Miami-native Radcliff enters the draft after a four-year career at Louisville in which he amassed 2,365 yards rushing for 26 touchdowns. He made news when he proposed to his girlfriend during Louisville’s senior day festivities shortly after he was announced at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.
On the field, his performance for the Cardinals as a redshirt senior earned him 2016 All-ACC Football Honorable Mention and is looking to take the next step in his football career.
Malki Kawa is the CEO of First Round Management, which is recognized as a top agency in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Kawa began his career in real estate, quickly closing some of the most profitable contracts in the state of Florida. The negotiation tactics he developed led him to try his hand in athletics representation, for which he became certified by the NFLPA in 2005. According to First Round’s website, he assisted in acquiring deals for NFL legends Barry Sanders, Jerome Bettis and Eddie George. In addition to football representation, First Round represents some of the biggest names in MMA including Jon “Bones” Jones, and Thiago Alves.
