Nightmare Clients of the Week

Nightmare Clients for the Week of Nov 11 – Nov 17

A quick and dirty Nightmares this Week: I would typically make this more in-depth, but I am on my way down to Orlando to watch my undefeated Celtics move to 9-0! Readers, what do you think of the Bonds indictment? How do you think this will reflect on baseball?

 1.  Stephon Marbury grinned as he made his way down the hall to the New York Knicks‘ locker room, back in the fold but out some $195,000 because of a fine. A source told ESPN.com that Marbury is planning to file a grievance over the lost wages [Marbury fined $195K for skipping game; he’ll appeal].

2. Barry Bonds has more to worry about than an asterisk now. On Thursday, his very freedom was put in jeopardy when a federal grand jury indicted him on five felony counts of perjury and obstruction of justice, charges that could result in a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison if he’s convicted. The five-count indictment — four counts of perjury and one of obstruction of justice — could put baseball’s home run king in prison for up to 30 years [Bonds Indicted By BALCO Federal Grand Jury].
