Alliance Sports Agency Signs USC’s Adoree Jackson

On the final day for players to declare for the 2017 NFL Draft, USC wide receiver/defensive back/return man Adoree Jackson has decided to forgo his senior season, according to a Tweet from his personal account. He has signed with Alliance Sports Agency for his representation.

The 5’11”, 185-pound Jackson was a three-year starter at cornerback and also played wide receiver and returned punts and kicks. As one of the most versatile players in the nation, Jackson won the Jim Thorpe Award (given to the nation’s top defensive back) and won the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year as a junior in 2016.

On the defensive side of the ball for his three-year career, he racked up 113 tackles, 6 for a loss, 28 deflections and six interceptions. On offense, he hauled in 39 receptions for 628 yards and six TDs, rushed 15 times for 92 yards, had 79 kickoff returns for 2,141 yards for four TDs and 46 punt returns for 578 yards for 4 TDs on special teams. He has made starts at three positions in his career (cornerback, safety, and wide receiver) and started on both sides of the ball in a game one time.

According to NFL Draft Scout, he is the fifth ranked cornerback. Walter Football has him as the fourth ranked cornerback and a projected first round pick.
