Baseball Legend Cal Ripken, Jr. Signs With Rubicon Talent

According to a company press release, MLB legend Cal Ripken, Jr. has signed with Rubicon Talent for his exclusive representation in all marketing, media and licensing partnerships.

Ripken had a storied 21-year MLB career, all with the Baltimore Orioles. “The Iron Man” played in 2,632 consecutive games, shattering Lou Gehrig’s streak of 2,130. The shortstop turned third baseman was a 19-time All-Star, two-time AL MVP, and a first ballot Hall of Famer. To add to his on-field career, his off-field career has been equally impressive.

As an entrepreneur, best-selling author, public speaker, spokesperson and philanthropist, Ripken has found success in his second career. As a lifelong ball player, he remains passionate about the game to which he gave so much and strives to continue its growth. He has opened three state-of-the-art baseball complexes in Aberdeen, Maryland, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The facilities play host to many youth tournaments, clinics, and even serves as the home field for the Aberdeen IronBirds, the Short-Season A affiliate of the Orioles.

At Rubicon, he joins a client roster that includes multiple NFL players (Greg Olsen, DeMarco Murray, Emmanuel Sanders and Mark Ingram, among others), Olympians (Kerri Walsh Jennings and Lolo Jones), TV personalities, and celebrity chefs.
