Playermaker has signed redshirt sophomore Grayson McCall from Coastal Carolina University for his name, image, and likeness representation. Brett Greenberg shared the news via social media. He will be signing with Polo Kerber, who is Head of Talent at Playmaker. McCall has stated on an official announcement on social media that academics and football will be his top priority.
The 6’3, 200-pound quarterback is from Indian Trail, North Carolina where he attended Porter Ridge High School. He was rated a three star dual-threat quarterback recruit by 247Sports. In high school, he was named the 2017 Southwestern 4A Player of the Year, two-time Southwestern 4A first-team All-Conference, All-UCHSF first team, second team, and honorable mention. He led his high school to a 10-5 overall record and a spot in the 2018 North Carolina High School Athletic Association 4A State Championship semifinals game.
