A Boras Corp. representative has confirmed to Sports Agent Blog that the company has signed Boesch. Boesch, a left fielder for the Detroit Tigers, will be arbitration eligible for the first time after this season. He had been represented by Brodie Van Wagenen of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Baseball.
Leading up to the start of the 2012 season, many writers were excited about Boesch’s potential in a revamped, powerful Tigers lineup. Lately, he has consistently hitting the ball and tallying quite a few runs batted in. In an arbitration year, that is very important, especially since he did not start the 2012 season so hot.
