Third Annual Celebrity Bartending Night For Charity

What: David DeJesus Family Foundation to Host Celebrity Bartending Night Presented by Issues Concerning Athletes

When: Wednesday, March 20, 2013 (9-11 p.m.)

Where: American Junkie Bar (4363 N 75th St, Scottsdale AZ, 85255)

The David DeJesus Family Foundation (DDFF), a charitable organization that provides comfort and aid to families in crisis who suffer from illness, poverty or disaster and lack access to basic human needs, will host the third annual “Celebrity Bartending Night” on March 20 in conjunction with Issues Concerning Athletes, a real estate venture which targets professional athletes and MiCamp Merchant Services.

“We are excited to raise funds to support our mission from this fun event,” said David DeJesus. “My wife Kim and I started the David DeJesus Family Foundation and are excited to be continuing its growth here in Arizona. My teammates and fellow ball players will be at American Junkie tending bar with all proceeds benefiting families who need comfort and aid, and are looking forward to being a part of this celebrity charity work event.”

The event is scheduled to feature professional baseball players, Adam Eaton, Javy Guerra, David Hernandez, Casey Kelly, George Kontos, Wade Miley, Anthony Rizzo and others tending bar. General Admission tickets will be available for purchase at the door for $50 per person for the event. Tickets include mingling with celebrity bartenders and a hosted bar. VIP tickets are $150 and include a pre-party cocktail hour (8-9PM) with food and a private mix and mingle with the players as they learn how to bartend.

His thought leadership in NIL has earned him recognition as one of the foremost experts by The Wall Street Journal, USA TODAY, and On3, and he has been lauded as a “power player in NIL deals” by Action Network and a “top sports trademark attorney” by Sportico.

Darren’s passion for sports law led him to establish Sports Agent Blog on December 31, 2005, initially titled “I Want To Be A Sports Agent.” The platform, created as a New Year’s resolution, has grown into a cornerstone of the sports agency community, offering in-depth analysis of industry trends, legal disputes, and agent-player dynamics. His commitment to the field is further evidenced by his representation of numerous athletes and sports agents, as well as his prior role as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Bloomington, where he developed and taught a course on Sport Agency Management from 2011 to 2014.
