Florida Gators forward Erik Murphy just finished up his senior season in Gainesville, Florida.  He had a very solid and consistent collegiate career, although it is certain that he hopes scouts forget about his horrid game against Michigan in the 2013 NCAA Tournament.  In that game, he took a total of 11 shots in that game and missed every single one of them.  But he is still likely to get drafted, and to help him in the process will be Andy Miller and his team at ASM Sports.  The news was first reported by Florida Gators website OnlyGators.com.

Murphy joins Marreese Speights and Taurean Green as Florida Gators represented by Miller.  DraftExpress.com predicts that Murphy will be a mid-second round selection and ranks him as the 10th best NCAA Senior. At 6’10, at least one NBA team should be willing to take a chance on Murphy in the 2nd round.

Murphy will train at Impact Basketball in Las Vegas.
