According to SportsAgentBlog.com’s Founder, Darren Heitner, Phoenix Suns point guard Isaiah Thomas has fired his agency, ASM Sports. The Tacoma, Washington native was represented by the Founder and President of ASM, Andy Miller.
As Heitner reported, Thomas recently fired Miller and ASM for personal and professional reasons; he will hire a new agent before the Holidays.
“We provided Isaiah with stellar service, and career guidance while he was a part of the ASM family,” ASM Sports said in a statement to SportsAgentBlog.com. “Over the course of our time together, Isaiah was able to reach many milestones that most 60th overall picks can only dream of, including a multitude of regional endorsement deals, a national TV spot and a 27 million dollar contract.”
Thomas — a 2011 NBA Draft selection by the Sacramento Kings — is averaging 15.3 PPG and 4.7 APG during his career.
ASM Sports represents the likes of Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Garnett, Oklahoma City Thunder center Serge Ibaka and Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague.
