Simon Bayliff, former Wasserman sports agent, has launched his own company, Areté Limited, as reported by Sports Industry Group. Areté will represent athletes, brands, and teams including cyclist Mark Cavendish, Jodie Stimpson, and Isaac Christie Davies.
Areté will focus on athlete and brand representation as well as sponsorship consultation. Simon Bayliff has previously represented top athletes such as David Beckham, Michael Owen, and Jack Wilshere. Jonathan Beckett, who worked with Bayliff at Wasserman, will join him at Areté.
