Leigh Steinberg’s Agent Academy 2.0

Leigh Steinberg “The Real Jerry Maguire” is back with his prestigious Agent Academy this summer with locations set in Dallas, Ohio, and California. The academy is for aspiring and current agents and has expanded from 1 day  to 2 days. Version 2.0 expands the academy into a two day event and drills deep into two of the most important skills that any sports agent must possess: building a client base and negotiating.  Chris Cabott, NFLPA Agent and Steinberg Sports & Entertainment COO is happy that so many attendees have taken advantage of the Agent Academy that he and Leigh host. “We have hired some Agent Academy attendees as interns and some served as volunteers at Leigh’s annual Super Bowl Party” said Cabott.

The academy is not only a learning experience but a networking experience among attendees as well. I had the opportunity to attend Leigh’s first Agent Academy and I have built a great relationship with not only Leigh and Chris but fellow attendees from my class.
