IMG has signed 21-year old tennis player Denis Shapovalov to a worldwide marketing and management agreement. IMG Senior VP/Tennis Clients Max Eisenbud will represent him. Shapovalov is the No. 16 ranked player in the world. He turned pro in 2017 and did not previously have any representation.
The Canadian won the Stockholm Open in 2019 and has been ranked as high as No. 13 in the world. Shapovalov joins an IMG roster that includes Novak Djokovic, Serena and Venus Williams, Naomi Osaka and Maria Sharapova.
IMG’s tennis group was acquired by talent agency WME in 2014. WME rebranded under the name Endeavor in 2017.
