After graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Business and an emphasis in Marketing, Andrews created a nonprofit organization called Scholar Athletes Inc., whose mission is to reduce the opportunity gap for high school students through academics and athletics. Andrews later served as Vice President at BDA Sports Management for 16 years, before becoming the CEO of Serving Athletes with Integrity Sports Management (SAI Sports Management) in 2018.
