Octagon Basketball has signed senior McKinley Wright IV from Colorado to join their basketball roster.
The 6’0″, 196-pound guard is from North Robbinsdale, Minnesota, and attended high school at Champlin Park. During the 2020-2021 season, he was awarded the following: All Pac-12 1st Team, Pac-12 All-Tournament Team, USBWA All-District VIII Team, NABC NCAA D1 All-District 19 1st Team, Pac-12 Tournament Finalist, and Pac-12 All-Defensive Honorable Mention. He is the second player in team history with 1,000 points, 400 assists, and 400 rebounds. He ranks 13th on Colorado’s All-Time scoring list with 1,370 points and is 18th in steals at 106.
Mckinley Wright will be joining NBA Draft prospects Jeremiah Robinson-Earl and Jordan Schakel as recent signees with Octagon Basketball. He will also be joining notable clients such as Steph Curry, Giannis Antetokonumpo, amongst other notable high-profile clients.
