Green Sports Management has signed junior Courtney Ramey from the University of Texas to their client roster. Ramey will be represented by NBA Agent, Daniel Green, who is also NCAA Certified and registered in the State of Texas. By retaining an NCAA Certified Agent, this leaves open the possibility of returning to Texas for the 2021-2022 season. Via social media, Ramey has stated that he is currently going through the NBA Draft Process and getting all of the feedback he can get. He will maintain his eligibility and remain fully committed to the University of Texas.
The 6’3″, 185-pound guard is from St. Louis, Missouri where he attended high school at Webster Grove. During the 2020-2021 season, Ramey was a Big 12 Tournament Winner and was awarded All-Big 12 3rd Team. He averaged this season 12.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game while shooting 41.7% from 3PFG. His previous season he played in all 31 games, with 28 starts. Ramey was All-Big 12 Honorable Mention Choice and ranked second on the team in assists, rebounding, steals and minutes. He is currently a Top 100 Big Board NBA Draft Prospect according to NBADraft.net and is also projected on ESPN’s NBA Mock Draft in the 2nd Round of the 2022 Draft.
Prior to attending Texas, Ramey was ranked as the number 34 overall prospect in the nation by 247Sports.com. He was the all-time leader at Webster Groves in points and assists and ranked second in rebounds and steals. Ramey earned state Player of the Year honors by USA Today High School Sports following his senior season.
Green Sports Management has also signed Romeao Ferguson from Lipscomb, Casdon Jardine from Hawaii, and Ty Gadsden from UNC-Wilmington.
Romeao Ferguson will be co-represented by Daniel Green and Michael Birts. He was the 2021 A-Sun Conference Newcomer of the Year and was an All A-Sun Conference 2nd Team Selection. Ferguson has decided to forego his remaining eligibility in order to pursue playing professionally.
Casdon Jardine will be co-represented Daniel Green and Alexis Howard-Orr. Jardine was awarded All-Big West Honorable Mention and was a 3-Point Field Goal Percentage Leader with 43.1% 3FGP (#96).
Ty Gadsden will be co-represented by Daniel Green and Alexis Howard-Orr. He averaged 14.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists this past season while shooting 48.6% FGP, 33.7% 3PT, and 94.4% FT.
