Life Sports Agency has signed Sophomore Justin Champagnie from University of Pittsburgh to their client roster. He will be solely represented by Todd Ramasar. who will also be representing Eugene Omoruyi, Josh Primo and co-representing Yves Pons.
The 6’7″, 200-pound forward is from Brooklyn, New York, where he attended Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School.
During the 2020-2021 season, Champagnie received the following accolades: Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Award Finalist, All-ACC 1st Team, NABC NCAA D1 All-District 2 1st Team, and USBWA All-District II Team. He was also named to the Wooden Award Late Season Top 20 watch list. This season he averaged 18 points, 11.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Champagnie ranked number one on the team in points per game, rebounds per game, and blocks per game. Throughout the season, he recorded 14 double-doubles, with the most notable performance being against the Duke Blue Devils, in which he recorded 31 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 blocks to lead the panthers to a 79-73 victory.
Prior to attending The University of Pittsburgh, Champagnie was rated the number three best player in the state of New York and received second team All-USA New York team honors as a senior.
