Bryce Young Signs With CAA For NIL Representation

CAA has signed sophomore, Bryce Young, from the University of Alabama for his name, image, and likeness representation. He will be signing with Ed Berry for his NIL representation. Young has already signed an NIL deal with Cash App. He announced via social media that he was thrilled to sign his first partnership as a college athlete with them. This summer he will be having content coming out with Cash App.

The 6’0″, 194-pound quarterback is from Pasadena, California, where he attended Mater Dei High School. He was the nation’s top ranked dual threat quarterback by all of the major outlets, rated as a composite five-star prospect. Young was selected to play in the US Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, where he earned Offensive MVP honors and was named the All-American Bowl Player of the Year. Young was selected as the 2019 High School Quarterback of the Year by the National Quarterback Club, the Maxwell Offensive Player of the Year and MaxPreps Player of the Year. He received the following accolades in high school: Sports Illustrated inaugural high school All-American team, Gatorade Football Player of the Year in California, number 2 nationally and the number 1 dual-threat quarterback on the 247Composite. Young finished as the number 1 overall recruit in the Top 247. As a senior, Young completed 72.6 percent of his passes for 4,528 yards and 58 touchdowns.

As a freshman at Alabama, Young was able to gain experience behind starter Mac Jones, who is also a client of CAA. He played in nine games during his first season. He finished 13 of 22, passing for 156 yards and a touchdown.
