Klutch Sports Group has signed Zach Lavine from the Chicago Bulls. Lavine will be joining Klutch’s extensive list of NBA Players, such as teammate Lonzo Ball who signed with Chicago for a four year $85 million contract. He has also been welcomed to the agency by Lebron James via social media.
The 6’6″, 200-pound shooting guard / small forward is from Washington and was drafted in the first round of the 2014 NBA Draft with the 13th overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves. He is a two-time Slam Dunk Contest Champion and was named an NBA All-Star in 2021.
During the past 2020-2021 season, Lavine was named a reserve for the 2021 NBA All-Star Game. It was his first All-Star selection and the first Bulls player selected since Jimmy Butler in 2017. He averaged a career-high 27.4 points per game, which ranked seventh in the NBA. He also reached career highs in rebounds (5.0), assists (4.9), 3-point shooting (41.9%), overall field goal percentage (50.7) and free throw percentage (84.9). After the season, Lavine was selected as one of the players on Team USA at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan. During his time on Team USA, he was a valuable sixth man averaging 10.6 points.
