Distinction Agency has announced the signing of two-time WNBA All-Star and three-time WNBA Champion, Natasha Howard. Distinction Agency will assist Natasha with building her brand off the court.
From Toledo, Ohio, Natasha Howard played collegiate basketball at Florida State University, where she became FSU’s all-time leading rebounder and leader in double-doubles. Howard was selected 5th overall in the 2014 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever.
Howard won her first WNBA Championship in 2017 with the Minnesota Lynx and won two more in 2018 and 2020 with the Seattle Storm. Howard is a two-time WNBA All-Star and was named WNBA Most Improved Player and WNBA Defensive Player of the Year in consecutive years in 2018 and 2019.
Howard is averaging 16.8 PPG, 8.2 RPG, and 2.4 APG during the 2023 WNBA season for the Dallas Wings. She is currently 8th in the league in rebounds per game and 17th in the league in points per game.
“We are ecstatic to welcome Natasha to Distinction,” said Distinction Agency CEO, Alex Onaindia. “Natasha’s resume is one of the most impressive in the league as a two-time WNBA All-Star and three-time WNBA Champion. Natasha is eager to grow her brand off the court and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with her. Our team is eager to deliver the results she is looking for.”
The noteworthy athlete signing comes after Distinction Agency announced earlier this month their organizational changes within the company. Co-Founder and CEO, Alex Onaindia, purchased the remaining equity in the company and is now the sole owner of Distinction Agency. Jonathan Lubic, who was also responsible for the founding of Distinction Agency, resigned as President. Lastly, Chris Tully was promoted from Partnerships Manager to Senior Partnerships Manager.
