Another Darren Interviews An Agent

And his name is also Darren. Darren Rovell has a great interview with the man who recently spoke to the Wall Street Journal and said, “The sports agent business has become so corrupt — I would not encourage anyone to try to become an agent right now.” Check Darren Rovell’s interview with sports agent, David Falk, over at Darren’s CNBC website. Here is a quick taste of what is served up in the piece:

Darren: There’s a reason that the business has a dirty reputation. What’s your take on it?

Falk: Instead of evolving, the sports agent business has devolved. We’re talking about reverse evolution. It’s basically unregulated and there’s wholesale cheating going on. I’m not angry about it. It’s just that it’s about buying clients instead of building relationships.
