WNBA Rookie of the Year and 2013 WNBA second overall pick Elena Delle Donne has come to an agreement with Lindsay Kagawa Colas of Wasserman Media Group for Colas to represent the young star for team and off-court contract negotiations.  The news was published on Wasserman Media Group’s official website yesterday.

The article notes that not only has the 24-year-old Delle Donne been extremely successful on the basketball court, she has also been able to quickly amass a nice portfolio of corporate sponsorships.  Delle Donne is currently partnered with Nike, DuPont and Genesis Today (a nutritional supplement company).  Those deals were negotiated by Delle Donne’s brother, who had formerly served as Delle Donne’s official rep.

The addition of Chicago Sky player Delle Donne as a Wasserman Media Group client bolsters an already strong WNBA representation division for the firm.  Colas, who is a Wasserman Vice President also represents the popular Brittney Griner, Maya Moore, Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird.
