Johnson is an industry veteran and expert in developing integrated marketing strategies, branded entertainment and digital campaigns to grow brand results with specific consumer segments.

Johnson has a history of building and revitalizing renowned lifestyle brands. The consumer buzz driver spent eight years at beverage company Remy Cointreau working across the entire company portfolio including Remy Martin Cognac, Louis XIII, The Macallan Scotch, Mt. Gay Rum and Piper Heidsieck Champagne. Johnson has also worked with consumer brands including Coca-Cola, L’Oreal and Sprite.
Octagon Access was recognized as Multicultural Agency/Practice of the Year at IPG’s 2015 Inclusion awards. The group dedicates significant resources to understanding how millennial and multicultural consumer groups are changing the American mainstream. In the past year, Octagon Access has published several thought-provoking position pieces focused on Hispanic Millennial consumers and shared the group’s expertise across conferences and media.
