The Bledsoe Agency, a distinguished full-service baseball agency boasting two decades of expertise in representing elite professional baseball players, has announced the promotion of two seasoned professionals within its ranks.

Formerly serving over the past eight years as the Senior Director of Performance, Ray will now lead the expansion of the firm’s client services and its industry-leading player development offerings in addition to furthering the execution of company operations.
Gary Russo has been promoted to the role of Partner & Executive Vice President. With a wealth of knowledge derived from various leadership roles in both the agency and player development technology space, Russo will be responsible for player personnel and will play a pivotal role in contract negotiation, salary arbitration, and athlete marketing.
Founder and Managing Partner, Dustin Bledsoe, expressed his enthusiasm for these strategic promotions, stating, “We are thrilled to announce the elevation of Dave Ray and Gary Russo to leadership roles within our company. When Hunter and I founded the Bledsoe Agency 20 years ago, our vision was to be a true full-service firm, combining best-in-class contract expertise, client service, and player development with the values and personal touch of a family office. We cannot think of two individuals who more fully embody this commitment to excellence in all areas of player representation, while upholding and maintaining the highest of character and strong values. We are excited for them to expand their roles and continue to contribute to our firm’s growing success.”
