Sports in a story about his recent comeback attempt that while recovering from shoulder surgery he briefly used human growth hormone, which is banned by the NFL. Couch denied using steroids, but Yahoo! Sports later obtained documents showing that steroid prescriptions were filled in Couch’s name at Lowen’s Drug Store in Brooklyn, N.Y. earlier this year.

4. A Manhattan jury concluded that Knicks coach Isiah Thomas sexually harassed a female executive who was later fired after she complained about his trash talking. But Thomas won’t have to show Anucha Browne Sanders the money. The jury, which also found Madison Square Garden guilty of harassing Browne Sanders, ruled that MSG should have to pay her punitive damages. Browne Sanders, 44, cried tears of joy as she hugged her sisters while the usually cheerful Thomas, 46, looked on glumly – his trademark grin erased from his face. Outside Manhattan Federal Court, Thomas regained his composure and defiantly vowed to appeal the verdict [Jury finds Isiah, MSG harassed former exec].

According to a source in Florida close to the ongoing investigation of Signature, Schoeneweis’ name appears on packages that were sent to Comiskey Park while the White Sox were battling to win the AL Central title in 2003.
