My take
Locker came to Washington with extremely high expectations and after his freshman year was well on his way to fulfilling them. He drew comparisons to a right-handed Steve Young and was thought of as a potential #1 overall pick. His inconsistencies as a passer soon showed through as well as the injuries caused from his aggressive running style. Locker is a tremendous athlete with a cannon for an arm and is ultimately a bit of a project at the position. He could really be special if he learned the position and diligently studied film in the pros. He would be best suited to go somewhere where he can be groomed for a year or two before being the starter. Locker has early first round talent but will most likely go late in the first or second round.
