John Arne Riise had been declared bankrupt thanks to him putting too much trust in his agent. On his agent’s advice, he signed on to a wide range of investments, without reading the small print.
He has filed a suit of £3.1 million against his agent to recover the lost funds, however his agent, Einar Baardsen is counter-suing. He claims that £750,000 in fees is still owed.
Although Riise has started proceedings to shed the bankrupt tag, it seems this case is far from over.

I smell foul Play here!! i think the Agent mishandled the Guys money or The Player went over his head and Spent it unwisely , probably splurge like crazy and party to hard go figure.
