The Legacy Agency’s baseball division, according to its website, is one of the leading baseball practices in the world having negotiated over $2 billion in player contracts since 2004 and currently had over $500 million in guaranteed contracts for their future clients. TLA has negotiated deals that made clients the highest-paid pitcher, leftfielder, centerfielder, and designated hitter in Major League history. A few notable TLA clients include: up-and-coming outfielder George Springer, pitcher Johan Santana, infielder Jose Reyes, and 2014 Silver Slugger outfielder Michael Brantley among others.

Craig Landis, who’s arguably most famous client is Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels, represented Saunders for only a year.

Saunders made his Major League debut in 2005 for the Los Angeles Angels, and has also spent time with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles (twice), Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and Kansas City Royals. He most recently pitched for the Orioles after signing a Minor League contract on August 1, 2014. He was called up to the big leagues on September 1st as part of September roster expansion.
