SportStars Signs Indiana OT Jason Spriggs And Stanford LB Blake Martinez

Indiana offensive lineman Jason Spriggs and Stanford linebacker Blake Martinez have graduated from their respective schools and begun training for the NFL Draft. Both seniors have also selected Jared Fox of SportStars in New York City as their agent for the upcoming draft.

Jason Spriggs is a 6’7, 305 lb offensive tackle out of Elkhart, Indiana. Spriggs was named a second team All Big – Ten lineman after being listed to the honorable mention team last year. Spriggs also racked up many other accolades including AP third-team All-American and Walter Camp Football Foundation second team. NFLDraftScout.com currently lists Spriggs as the 7th best offensive tackle and an early 2nd round draft pick.

Blake Martinez, 6’2 245 lbs, is a senior linebacker from Tucson, AZ. Martinez had 138 tackles this year and was also a highly decorated player by the end of the season. Martinez was named a USA Today second team All-American and AP third team All-American. The Butkus Award semifinalist is currently ranked as the 6th best inside linebacker and a projected 4th round pick by NFLDraftScout.com

Jared Fox is one of the most notable agents in the NFL. In the past two drafts, Fox has represented Byron Jones (27th pick in 2015) and Jimmie Ward (30th pick in 2014). SportStars has made waves over the last few drafts with the number of clients they’ve had selected in the draft. In the last two drafts alone, SportStars has had 45 players selected which is easily the most of any agency. Expect SportStars to continue to be one of the powerhouse agencies in the 2016 NFL Draft.
