Per a press release from the company, Wasserman [yesterday] announced the signing of Gonzaga’s Domantas Sabonis and Texas A&M’s Alex Caruso for representation in all on- and off-the-court endeavors. Agent Greg Lawrence will represent Caruso, while Lawrence and Jason Ranne will co-represent Sabonis.
Gonzaga University power forward/center Domantas Sabonis had one of the best seasons of all time for the Bulldogs. Averaging 17.6 points and 11.8 rebounds per game, Sabonis recorded 426 rebounds, the fourth best in the nation and third best rebounding total in the history of Gonzaga’s basketball program. His accolades from his two collegiate seasons include second-team All-WCC and WCC All-Freshman team in 2015 and first-team All-WCC in 2016.
Texas A&M senior guard Alex Caruso was instrumental in setting a school record with 28 wins this season, leading the Aggies to their first March Madness appearance since 2011. During the tournament, Caruso dropped 25 points and had nine assists in a comeback win against University of Northern Iowa to advance to the Sweet Sixteen. Caruso was named to the second-team All-SEC and the SEC All-Defensive team in 2016.
