Octagon Signs Golfer Paige Spiranac

Per a SBJ report, Octagon has signed professional golfer Paige Spiranac for her representation. She was previously represented by Prime Athletes.

She has been in the news lately when in a press conference during the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters she was asked about being cyber bullied. An emotional Spiranac spoke out about the effect that it had on her and her reaction made headlines.

This is a very real topic, especially amongst children. A lot of kids have a smartphone or some sort of device nowadays that allows them to access the internet, therefore leaving them vulnerable to this form of bullying. It’s important that kids are aware on how to practice internet safety, in which this source here outlines.

When not speaking out against cyber bullying, she has made a name for herself by posting videos of her impressive golf trick shots on her Instagram account. Her social media fame has led to her getting approached by production companies inquiring about TV and other media opportunities. Octagon will assist with further opportunities off the course to enhance her career and build upon her already established presence.

Spiranac has documented her journey toward earning her LPGA Tour card on her various social media accounts, in which she has amassed 847,000 Instagram followers and 157,000 Facebook followers. She currently is endorsed by Callaway, Descente (a ski apparel company) and Topgolf. At Octagon, she will be represented by Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Jeremy Aisenberg.
