Roc Nation Announces Signing of Texas Tech Guard Jahmi’us Ramsey

Roc Nation recently announced the signing of Texas Tech guard Jahmi’us Ramsey via their social media. Ramsey entered the 2020 NBA draft after spending one season with the Red Raiders. In his lone collegiate season, he averaged a team-leading 15.0 points per game and became the first player in program history to earn Big 12 Freshman of the Year accolades. In addition, Ramsey was selected to the All-Big 12 Second Team, All-Big 12 Freshman Team and All-Big 12 Newcomer Team.

Ramsey, a projected 1st round selection, has been getting mixed reviews on the draft board. But he showed star potential in a shortened season that included 20-point performances against Kansas and West Virginia.

Ramsey joins a star-studded Roc Nation draft class that includes first round prospects such as LaMelo Ball, Quinton Rose and Isaiah Stewart. The current NBA client roster consists of Kyrie Irving, Caris LeVert, Lonzo Ball and a host of others. The 2020 NBA Draft is scheduled for Friday, October 16th.
