Wasserman has signed Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin. Oyeneyin will be represented by Spencer Wadsworth, and the agency will aid her in all endorsement, speaking, and branding opportunities.
“We are stoked to add Tunde to our team at Wasserman,” said Wadsworth. “She not only brings new energy and experience to a previously untapped space in the sports industry, but also a voice that offers a wealth of perspective and wisdom. She’s incredibly talented and we are honored to support her in her future endeavors.”
The Houston native, prior to her role at Peloton, was a make-up artist for 16 years with a vary of cosmetics companies. Now residing in New York City for over a year now, the 34-year-old instructor reaches over 20,000 riders during her live classes. Her classes range from 20-minute low impact rides, 30-minute interval arm rides, to fun 45-minute hip hop rides.
Oyeneyin has expressed interest in other projects as well. She speaks highly on her skincare routine, haircare, and self-love. Oyeneyin is the founder of SPEAK, a platform made for those to be heard. She has a weekly Instagram Live Series that focuses on self-love and bridging gaps between diverse groups of people and backgrounds with peace and acceptance. Her reach has magnified the importance of her struggles, Nigerian heritage and the Black Lives Matter movement. Her SPEAK series has included conversations with 9x Olympic Medalist, Allyson Felix, Tennis Champion Venus Williams, and Rapper/Actor Common.
