Five Veteran Agents Form 1 Of 1 Agency

Five agents from Young Money APAA Football have collectively moved on from their former agency to begin their own venture in the athlete representation market. Andy Simms, Wesley Spencer, Ken Sarnoff, Cody Recchion, and Dave Lee have formed 1 of 1 Agency, a new and comprehensive sports agency with marketing and client service divisions, all designed for today’s athletes.

The five industry veterans represent over fifty NFL players, including some promising young talents like Jalen Hurts, Mecole Hardman, and Dede Westbrook. 1 of 1 Agency boasts a considerably stout client list for a newly founded enterprise. YM APAA, owned by world-renowned rapper, Lil Wayne, is losing a significant portion of their football clients and the invaluable assets of Simms, Spencer, Sarnoff, Recchion, and Lee. Agent Nicole Lynn also moved on from YM APAA in late April this year to join Klutch Sports as their new President of Football Operations.

Simms and Spencer were co-founders of PlayersRep Sports in 1997 and grew their agency until it was acquired by Young Money APAA Sports in 2017. Recchion, Sarnoff, and Lee also worked as certified NFL Agents at PlayersRep, and subsequently, the football division of YM APAA. 1 of 1 Agency boasts on their website that they are “a sports agency designed and built specifically around the unique aspects and needs of each individual client. The name reflects the philosophy in every way.” Led by the experienced quintet from PlayersRep and Young Money APAA, 1 of 1 Agency is geared to quickly make strides in a competitive industry.
