Terry Wilson Signs With Wraith Sports Group For NIL Representation

Wraith Sports Group has signed senior Terry Wilson, the former 3-year starter at the University of Kentucky, who is now the starter at the University of New Mexico. He has signed with Josh Escovedo and Jason Harris for his name, image, and likeness representation.

The 6’3″, 202-pound quarterback is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and he attended high school at Del City High School. Wilson completed 154 of 281 passes for 2,406 yards and 25 touchdowns as a senior. He played in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, where he led the West team by completing 10-19 passes for 111 yards and rushed for an additional 46 yards. He was also named The Oklahoman’s All-Midlands Region recipient and was chosen to PrepStar Super 30 listing of the state’s top recruits. Wilson went to Garden City Community College in Kansas for the 2017 season. He completed 57.6 percent of his passes for 2,133 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while rushing for 518 yards.

Wilson transferred to the University of Kentucky where he ended his Wildcat career playing and starting in all 25 games in his three seasons. He finished 17-8 as the Kentucky starting quarterback, second on their career list for wins as a starting quarterback. He was the first player in school history with at least 3,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards. Wilson had a career completing percentage of 64.9, third in school history. He was elected two-time team captain. Wilson graduated in May of 2020 with a degree in communication and will be transferring for his final year at the University of New Mexico.
