On To The Next One: Zack Greinke

Prior to this past weekend, Zack Greinke was represented by baseball powerhouse SFX.  Many believe that Greinke was frustrated with being “stuck” in Kansas City, and made a switch to a new agency with the hope that it would possibly cause the Royals organization to move him to a new team.  Greinke switched to Jeff Berry and Casey Close of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and soon found himself with a new MLB organization.

Greinke was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers over the weekend.  In return the Kansas City Royals received minor league pitchers Jake Odorizzi and Jeremy Jeffress, shortstop Alcides Escobar, and outfielder Lorenzo Cain.

Escobar is a wizard with the glove. Greinke was a stud though. What was Clint Robinson’s reaction to the trade (as a Royal)?
