Dynasty Is Celebrating Its Second Birthday

Dynasty

On April 3, 2007, the Articles of Organization for Dynasty Athlete Representation, LLC were filed and assigned an official document number.  The original Articles were filed in April of 2007 and Dynasty became an officially recognized LLC, but the company was formed before any clients were signed.  Exactly two years later, we have forty-seven wonderful clients that span across six divisions.  We also have eight wonderful agents who help run the various divisions.  This year, we expect to gain our first MLB 40-man roster client, NFL roster client, and NBA/NBDL/overseas roster client.  We have begun acquiring strong endorsement deals for our bowlers and we served as a partner on the successful CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.

What can we do to celebrate our second year of existence and our very promising future?  We can give back to all of you who have been there to watch us grow and help us along the way.  I am currently in the process of serving as a contributing writer for the fifth edition of this book.  I want to give two of you the opportunity to get the newest version for free before it is released to the public.  In addition, we will showcase your video on SportsAgentBlog.com and give you a guest post to talk about any issue you would like to write about.  This is a great way to break into the industry and get yourself known; here are the rules:

  • Check out Dynasty’s original Viral Video.
  • You can undoubtedly do a better job in provoking interest in Dynasty.  Pretend as though you are the CEO of Dynasty and show us what you’ve got.  Create a new viral video that is extremely engaging and shows Dynasty’s value.
  • Post the video up on YouTube and do some promoting.  Also make sure to leave a link to your video in the Comments section of this post.
  • Promote the hell out of the YouTube page.  The 2 users with the most views of their newly created Dynasty videos will win the books and opportunity to post on SportsAgentBlog.com.  And the videos will be featured on this site.

We will look at the final number of views on April 30, 2009.  At that point, we will choose the two winners.  You have ample time to create the video and promote it.  I advise that you use social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about your creation.  And do not sacrifice quality of the video in order to get more promotion time in.  We have the right to exclude any applicant who creates a video that does not meet our vision.

Best of luck.  Hope to see some solid creations.
